“Nick & Lucy have a wonderful outreach of biblical storytelling and theater which I know your congregation would enjoy tremendously. We’ve had them come to our services three times and appreciate greatly their ability to make the Bible come alive.

We also appreciate the story they tell of their walks across America for Christ as missionaries to the United States. It’s quite a tale and fun to hear! I highly recommend them to you and your congregation”

Nick and Lucy Della Valle are two very special people. They have a very special and unusual ministry. As “Missionaries to America” they have crisscrossed the nation three times in their “3300 Miles For Christ” walking witness. Big cities, small towns, untitled hamlets, churches, schools, universities, television and radio – wherever! That’s where these “small people” take their big message – the redemptive, life-changing power of the love of God in Jesus Christ. I have known them for over ten years, have observed them closely, and am impressed with their integrity and self-sacrifice in following God’s call to Christian service.

It was my privilege to help initiate their second “walk” in 2005 from Philadelphia and to arrange for sixteen engagements in the area. The touched the lives of many as they presented the Biblical story of Zacchaeus in churches and schools, in television and on radio. Their encounters with strangers on the road always turn into marvelous opportunities to tell how Christ has transformed their lives. Their enthusiasm for life is contagious. I commend them to you.

I am grateful that our awesome God directed Nick and Lucy’s path to cross minein June, 2005. It was during their second “3,300 miles for Christ walk” when I met these wonderful missionaries for Christ. As they traveled the backroads of Ohio, they enjoyed discovering new places to worship each week. It was after a Sunday morning worship service when I first met Nick and Lucy. We immediately became friends. They shared their story of Zacchaeus the following Sunday.

My life in Christ has been renewed because of their love for Jesus. They are wonderful examples of bringing to life the Great Commission “to go.” They may be “little people” but they carry a “super-size” message. They are Biblical storytellers about the people in the days of Christ whose lives have changed because of an encounter with the Son of God. During their many miles of traveling across America, people from all walks of life have been touched by the love of Jesus which spills out with each mile Nick and Lucy travel.
